My partner and I bought a used car from Mike, and have nothing but good things to say about our experience. Mike was prompt in answering messages, and scheduled an appointment at his lot the next day. He answered all our questions honestly, and was very friendly before, during, and after the viewing, without attempting to pressure us into buying anything. It was our first time doing this, and he walked us through each step. And he gave us a good price, even knocking off the money for the tax. The car is exactly as advertised, and we are very happy with it. We did have one minor, unforeseen, issue with the engine coil about a month after purchase, but Mike immediately offered to cover the cost of replacing it. 5/5. Would definitely recommend Mike's dealership to anyone.
