DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE

Do not do business with these people. They had stated the car had a problem with an oil sensor of which was being fixed by the time it come round to them dropping the car off they stated it had not been fixed due to not being able to get the part in of which they had 5 days to sort this issue. They said don’t worry you can come down on and we will get it fixed for you I agreed a date and time with them which was a week from the when the arrangement was made I arrived and got sent to a garage that told me they where not informed they had to fix the car and could not do so because they did not have the part but to come back Monday upon going back to the dealer they sent me to another garage of which said they did not have the correct part and to wait while they get the part in I had waited three hours for them to tell me they had ordered the wrong part and to leave the car with them but with no way of getting home I took the car. With suspicions that there may be something else wrong with the car I got a diagnostic test done and VHC which uncovered multiple very expensive problems which needed to be fixed urgently not only is this false declaration these problems where not stated on the MOT that was done the day before I thought the car so in turn I believe the MOT to be falsified (I had checked the online copy) I then get told they would pick the car up and fix all that was wrong they only changed one thing that did not need to be done. I asked for a refund they agreed but stated that it will take them 14 days before they can do so on the agreed day and time I could not get hold of them I had called them the next day no response and the day after I had called on someone else phone. I told them I had contacted reading standards of which I had they agreed another day and time to collect the car the time was between 5-6 they arrived at 11pm they where unreachable the whole day. Although I had got my refund and they stated they had fixed the car what was shown in the diagnostic test to what they had done did not match up. The refund process took 20 days in total. Do not trust these people as they continuously lie and deceive.
