Incredible dealership and staff - 5*

After 2 poor experiences with car dealerships, I had almost given up on buying a new car. My Dad had been helping me and came with me to visit the cars I'd found. I wanted a Peugeot 308 Estate GT Line. I went to view 1 and it cut out 3 times when the dealer attempted to start it. I viewed another 1 and the salesman said before I could test drive or see the car I had to buy it and then I was able to drive it. My Dad was not impressed with either of the cars or dealerships and was no way allowing me to buy. I found another 1 with Aro Cars, however they are 1.5 hours (if not further) away from me. My Dad and I arrived on site and Richard was totally different to any other salesman we had seen. He was chirpy, friendly and very welcoming, he gave us the keys to the car and told us to shout him if we needed anything. He came back over and offered us a test drive, he gave us some idea of where to go and off we went. My Dad said to me on the test drive, this is one the one Son, and he meant the dealership - he was impressed with Richard and how he was operating. The customer service displayed was absolutely phenomenal. My Dad was blown away with Richard and his level of care - we would both recommend Aro Cars Ltd to anybody looking to buy a car. I purchased the car from Richard and have been amazed with it since, its a gorgeous car and is running and driving perfectly. I've had it about a month and easily put 1500 miles on already, its had a good few runs and been nothing but perfect. Thanks for restoring faith in car dealerships.
