Bunch of wolfs!

I got a car spending almost £13000 from these people in July 2020, 10/11 months later I find out from Ford the automatic gearbox is gone. I have done just over 12000 miles, since getting the car and serviced at the correct intervals. The shock is when I got the vehicle the mileage was very low at 20800- even Ford was shocked that the automatic gearbox went so quick, normally they said it should last 100000-150000 miles on average. I am looking at a repair bill of about £5000 for parts and labour with Ford, almost half of what I Paid for the car. So this means, these people are selling off dodgy vehicles, eventhough they have underlying problems. The mileage on some of the vehicles is very low and seems to have been clocked back. Although they will give u part/full service history,which is not very difficult to make up. So be aware of these people and cars with very low mileage! This is my first car from these people and will be definately the last...bunch of wolfs in sheeps clothing!
