Volvo v40 ordered 4 weeks ago from Stoneacre Grimsby and the guy dealing with the sale I think was completely incompetent. There were no updates, no returned phone calls. After a visit promised to see the car on the Wednesday, the day comes only to be told the car is waiting for parts (for a new car ????) will be Monday no calls no returned calls ,no apologies. I came across Stoneacre a few years ago and even back then they were bad then so nothings changed. So that's what you get for £24000 people ,avoid avoid avoid disgraceful.
