Terrible service

Booked car in for regular oil change and faulty parking sensor. Sytners had car early Thursday, after 5pm I was chasing them, only to find out they'd done neither and my bonnet release had broken so they kept it overnight. Next day I still had to chase and after lunch found out they were still trying to open bonnet! Their proposed solution was to damage the car to gain access with me to pay for repairs to bodywork. I told them to do nothing and collected the car, with them having done nothing for 2 days. A local independent specialist manged to fix bonnet without damaging my car, saying nothing had broken to cause issue but a cable had been unclipped. They also completed the original works without issue and for reasonable cost. Sytners will never have my business again, their attitude was awful, and poor.
