An Appalling Service !!

We made an appointment to sell a mini and were given a time of 14:30 Saturday. We arrived slightly early and waited at Reception where there was nobody for 20 minutes . Later on, a gentleman announced himself as being part of the group and asked what we were there for. We explained we had an appointment to sell a mini. His answer was: "Ahhh! the gentleman who deals with purchases left early. He didn't think he had appointments"..It's like telling you at hospital, doctors left because they thought they had no patients today!!! I understand it was good weather for a BBQ, but when you have travelled 22 miles with a firm appointment, you would think the institution is good enough to run its business in an efficient way and ensure its staff are there to meet customers. My verdict: a disorganised, unprofessional body where employees didn't show the slightest sympathy or care, yet they are paid to do so !!!!
