Less than helpfull

The whole purchase was a disaster right from the start I have rang the sales Team reserved my Vauxhal Crossland and when I asked if I can pick it up on behalf of my Mrs they said yes no problem, on the arrival I was told I need written confirmation from my Mrs to say that I am picking it up. Once I purchased the car I experienced an issue with sticking breaks so took it to Marshall where I found out that my Warranty is not valid as my first service was not in the book so I had to chase it up never mind that second service that was completed by Motorpoint Peterborough had signature and stamp missing. When I finally managed to leave my car at Marshall's only took them 2 weeks to diagnosed that the breaks were sticking and left hot spots on the discs. So I went back to Motorpoint they have done their inspection and said that everything is in spec and will pass the MOT so they will not do anything. I have done numerous phone calls to the Customer Care but all they do is ignore you saying there is nothing we can do. So yes here I paid £11000 for new car and all I have is noisy vehicle that needs pads and discs changing.
