All smiles when you visit and very courteous, however beware that these people fall into the greasy used car salesmen cliche. Our car we purchased from Chandlers Ford Car Centre was knowingly sold to us with central locking issues, however this was undeclared at the time of purchase and then not resolved after delivery. I eventually gave up chasing them. The second issue was that we were promised a full valet to remove scratches from the boot lip, however this was clearly not done to save a couple of quid which is just poor form. And thirdly, at the point of sale we were offered a Gold RAC warranty which I was happy with however was sent Silver level paperwork after the sale was completed. Not reliable, outright liars and just in it to push vehicles off the forecourt as fast as possible without any regard for customer service. Do yourself a favour and don't get taken for a ride like I did! Avoid at all costs.
