Had a phone call from customer services about changing my car, I explained that there was some minor imperfections with my car but the customer serviced adviser put me in contact with a gentleman called Matthew Young who started sorting out a potential newer car for me. I browsed the deal ships used car section and found an audi q2 which I really like the look of, so I emailed Matthew and he set about sorting out a PCP deal, which I was informed was at 4.9%APR instead of the 8.6%APR rate I was on on my vehicle at the time. Matthew got back to me regarding the PCP quote in which I personally decided to put extra money down as a deposit as it made the vehicle fit within my budget. However a few days passed and I was Co tacted by Connor who had taken over sorting myself out, we talked over the phone and I explained what had been agree with Matthew, a few days later I made the trip up to Grimsby to sort out some of the paperwork, which was done really quickly, I was also allowed to see my new car. A week or so later I was heading back up to Grimsby to hand over my current car and to pick up my new car, seemless drop off and pick up, Connor even took my new car and put a full tank of fuel in it which was a wonderful touch. All paperwork had the final signitures applied and I was on my way within 45 mins. Connor was and still has been excellent as I've had a couple of queries which he has promptly responded to and does everything he can to get the correct information and answers for my query. Higky recommend this dealership and Connor for the lovely experience.
