Disappointing experience

After contacting autovogue about a car I was interested in, I was told someone would call me back but this didn’t happen. I called several further times before finally speaking to Rob to be told the car was sold - all other staff I had spoken to previously said they couldn’t sell me a car. Rob apologised and asked me to come into the showroom to see what else he had. When I arrived he had forgotten why I was there. He had a car I liked but again, this was sold before I got a chance to make an offer. Rob then said he would contact me to give me a price for my car and update me on anything else available. Again I had to chase him and then got offered a very low price. The lack of contact and customer service was very disappointing. I would be very concerned that the after sales service would be even worse and certainly wouldn’t consider buying a car from them. Mark Elkin, Sutton Coldfield.
