Disgraceful service - DO NOT BUY

I’ve had the worst service ever from these muppets. From the very start I felt like I couldn’t trust them and I should have stuck by my first impressions. We bought an Audi A3 from them and made an agreement that we will buy it on the condition that they get car matts. 2 weeks after purchasing the car a warning light appears on the dash saying the driver airbag isn’t working. They’ve told me that they don’t have an engineer on site due to COVID and would let us know when we can bring the car back. They’ve sold the car to us knowing that my girlfriend who is pregnant will be driving the car yet they’ve been in no rush whatsoever to help. I called them back a month later (still in warranty) to get the issue fixed and the gave me another excuse that they are moving offices and can’t deal with it right now and will get back to me. The issue continues with them… the car is now out of warranty and they are unwilling to help even though the issue was raised while the car was in warranty. I struggle to communicate with them as they do not listen and interrupt me in every sentence I try to say which is so frustrating. DO NOT BUY!
