Superb on initial customer service ,says all the right things, All the blurb about warranties and any issues bring it back and we will sort it...........like a fool I believed every word.... After a couple of days I tried the built in sat nav..........no sd card......., I thought as it was advertised with sat nav they would deal with it, called and booked it in..........no problem yet...........next day, I couldn’t get in the car, none of the keys worked remotely.......changed the batteries........still no joy, no problem I thought it’s going back on Wednesday.................next day.......roasting hot day.......no air con...... Took it back on the Wednesday , only person at the dealers had only worked there for two days, very pleasant, hadn’t got a clue.......lots of apologies and told me that the boss would call me back........ Had the call back........told to read the warranty booklet and contact them.........and guess what, not covered, not covered, not covered....... Stupid me thinking , seems like a nice guy, warranty and just bring it back if you have any issues...........all these issues were in the first week........I’ve been quoted £500 for two keys, £300 for a Ford sd card and £75 for a re gas. In brief: Sounds like an honest guy..........don’t be fooled. A warranty that’s not worth the paper it’s written on. A promised back up service as useful as a chocolate tea pot.
