Car maintenance

I put my car in for a module fault after being told they could fix it 17 weeks has now gone by and still no car they had to send it to harwoods in Chichester I had a courtesy car for about 3weeks then they took it back whatever guy salmon did it seems they it seems they screwed up but won't admit it and now they are saying it's harwoods responsibility I am being fobbed off all the time nobody is taking responsibility disgusting
