Sale of car - rubbish people in a tawdry

Their quote of 5200 became 3500 which I had expected...not a problem. But it took 45 minutes of waiting to get any attention, which was then dismissive, unhelpful and supercilious. I don't know what they've got to be arrogant about - they're just a bunch of car dealers in a tatty showroom on an arterial road, with a computerised booking system that doesn't work properly. If you are selling a car, just go to webuyanycar. They WILL rip you off but they won't be unhelpful about it in the process.
