The first time I used Garage R I was very impressed from the initial phone call to the customer service they provided through-out the whole process it as just immaculate, Matt and his team are really helpful, courteous and damn good at what they do. Matt explained exactly what he was going to and why he was doing it, which is the first time I've had somebody go into that much depth when completing work on my cars. There is always a 1-2-1 personal touch with Matt, he will phone you and explain what's going on, and time frames etc, always kept up to speed. The team call a few days later to ensure I was happy with everything, they really do go above and beyond and for that I will 100% always use these moving forward and highly recommend to friends. I recently went back to have a full service carried out on my Range Rover Sport, very happy with everything, as always they looked after me and my car. He even cleaned and washed the car after. He noticed the scratches down the side (happened when I had my car in a different garage previously, hence now using Garage R) - he polished the scratches out for me, which he did not have to do, hes saved me a few hundred pound as I was booking it in to a body shop, but I'm so impressed with what he's done, its perfect. The over-all feedback for Garage R is that Matt and the lads are really really nice guys, they will help and answer any questions you have, there is nothing difficult or awkward about the team, they are easy to talk to and will always talk openly. I'm really looking forward to going back now the restrictions have lifted, its day out for the right person, there's always some really impressive super cars there and the garage itself is great - highly highly recommend.
