Missing wheel nut tool

Normally excellent service from this company but sadly let down and feeling very annoyed. Due to my alloy wheels a special tool is needed to remove the wheels. After I found a puncture I couldn’t find the special tool to remove the locking nuts.after reporting this to duff Morgan I was told that I should have notified them it was missing after the last service (they are the only people to work on the car and don’t keep the locking nut key) I then had to pay for the removal of the locking nuts. This year’s new car will not be coming from duff Morgan
