Great Service

Recently purchased a used Volvo XC 60 from the Volvo dealership on Penarth Road. The salesman was Nick Jago. He was very friendly and helpful and extremely professional and knowledgeable about the vehicle we were interested in. At no time did we feel we were being pressurised into making a decision, in fact he left us to make our own minds up. Since the purchase, he and Volvo have been brilliant in rectifying some blemishes that we only noticed after arriving home with the car. I would definitely use this dealership when thinking of purchasing another vehicle. Cannot fault either Nick or the dealership in the service they provided.
