Worst customer service I’ve experienced
Car great, that’s the only positive thing I can say. After sales service, appalling. Emails and phone calls ignored, lies given to placate, I’m missing important documents and a refund, and I have been chasing for over a month. I’m on about my 15th email and 5th phone call and I can honestly say this is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I have even been told my multiple enquiries regarding the whereabouts of my handbook, MoT and missing V5 charge ‘did not warrant a response’! Avoid unless you deal with them in person and ensure you have everything when you take delivery. I feel because I live a long distance away they can ignore me as much as they like and it appears there is nothing I can do about it. Appalled is an understatement. The email address they gave me to lodge a complaint doesn’t even work.
