Great Service

I would like to commend Jag Sehmi for excellent service and for restoring my faith in the car trade industry, I found a car he was selling which seemed to have every quality that I was looking for; Automatic, right price range, full description of the vehicle with plenty of pictures and, being female, a colour I really liked. I got in touch by phone and over the next four days we had many conversations. Communication was excellent and I could ask any questions I needed to and always got a prompt response. I know many people would not be happy with buying a car sight unseen, but I felt that with it's very recent MOT, recent Service and oil change and resulting minor repairs having been done, added to the fact that the car looked in really good condition, that I was making the right decision to buy it. Jag was also really helpful when it came to arranging how I was going to collect the car. My options were either a five hour round trip by car with my husband, from the South Coast up to Southall or a five hour round trip by train to Paddington and then Southall and then a two and a half hour drive home. As I have health issues that mean sitting in any form of transport for that length of time very unappealing I was really grateful when he mentioned that he had a friend who drives a Recovery vehicle all around the country and who would sometimes collect or drop off a vehicle for him, He said he would contact him and get back to me which he did very promptly.
