Sold a car with numerous problems

Sold us a car needs a major repair and when approached are unwilling to help repair it , rude and aggressive on the phone , have had to go through consumer rights to force them to repair it ,shame as they seemed so helpful when buying the car and have a don’t bother us attitude when something goes wrong
