Excellent customer service

My Husband James and I was searching for a new car, as the Range Rover we had just wasn't practical anymore, we needed something more accessible in and out and comfortable for us when driving. We found a Volkswagen Sharan online with MKS Car Sales we really liked the car and arranged to go and check it out. From the first contact Mohamad was a pleasure to deal with, he was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and courteous. James and I took the car for a test drive, it wasn't just a 10/15-minute test drive, they told us to get a good feel for the car, to ensure we were comfortable and happy with it, we must have been out for an hour test driving it. We were impressed with the car and agreed to buy it, we spoke about the trade in details and the price given for it was very fair, we really couldn't complain. A few weeks after purchasing the car an engine warning light came on, I contacted Mohamed and he reassured me, he said 'Rita don't stress, we will get it sorted for you'. He has provided a courtesy car whilst ours has been fixed. He never made it uncomfortable and always remained professional and helpful. I cannot fault the dealership, staff, or service we received, its been a long time since we've felt looked after like that when buying a car and for that we would highly recommend MKS Car Sales to anybody to buy a car from a trustworthy dealer.
