Appalling company!

Appalling company. As a local business we has spent nearly £100.000 on Fleet vehicles with this local dealership. A fault with the media system has meant our vans being in and out the garage 5/6 times with the problem never being resolved despite it being a known fault!! Our van was in the garage on Wednesday as we were having to drive around with the reverse camera on. The van came out of the garage with the fault still there and a huge dint to the bonnet and damaged paint work. Despite CCTV showing no damage 5 minutes before the service, Ford and Bristol street are taking NO responsibility for the damage and have been rude and completely unprofessional. Terrible company
