Ridiculous personal information requeste
I would NEVER supply the amount of personal information required before I could test drive a cx30. I am a returning costumer and other members of my family have purchased cars and used/use the dealership for servicing. The following info was required Name, email, phone nos, registration document for my current car which had to be left with the keys during the test drive,my driving licence ,passport, utility bill. All these documents would be photocopied and retained, the originals returned after the test drive. Totally unacceptable and I am sure that Johnstones would not accept any liability or responsibility if my id entry was stolen. Will never use this dealership again and challenge them to refute any of this review
