Dont get what you are promised

Ordered a used car from the online team which was in Honiton. It spent 9 working days in the body shop. and was then shipped late to Christchurch. On arrival at xchurch and following an inspection it has had to be rebooked in as glaring damaged ignored by Honiton. Also transported with NO V5C. - so couldn't have paid for it and driven it away even if it had be ok. Was promised photos before transport to X church and having seen the state of the car I now know why these were never sent. I was promised that 9 days in the body shop should nt be a concern and it would come out looking great- alas not true!
