The Car Dealership that takes your money

I booked my Volvo in to be serviced on the 21st April. I personally marked the parts due to be serviced for my own peace of mind so I could confirm they had been replaced and the car had been serviced. What a good job I did, because when my car was handed back to me, I was completely shocked and disappointed to realise that no work had been carried out on my Volvo at all but I had been charged £438.35! I feel completely let down by Volvo, they have apologised and have now carried out the correct work with be being present, they also sent me some Volvo merchandise as an apology but how many other people have they done this to? I intend to take this matter further and share this experience, so this doesn’t happen to other people. People say be aware of rogue garages, it seems it’s the Volvo dealerships you need to be wary of!
