Absolutely shocking and disgusting customer service from Rebecca at Kia motors Arnold Clarke. Had my car 3 weeks breaks pads slipped not my fault all Rebecca was interested in is passing judgement! I’m 5 months pregnant don’t need the stress. Highly recommend you train your staff to not comment on things that do not concern them! Both Rebecca and the manger was highly unprofessional would recommend going to another Arnold Clarke if you want to be treated with respect!
