Fast, efficient and friendly

We are very glad we chose to buy a car from Fawcetts, Newbury. Dealing with Nick and (mostly) Martin, we found them to be organised, courteous and a pleasure to deal with. Prior to the first visit to view the car, we were sent a video of the car which was very helpful. We trusted them with the transaction and Martin was very helpful and not at all like a ‘typical’ salesman; no hard sales, and willing to accommodate our requests. Would not hesitate to purchase another car in the future.
