Motor Ombudsman complaint upheld
Unfortunately my dealings with this dealership meant I had to consult The Motor Ombudsman recently and they upheld this complaint saying.'..there was a potential misdiagnosis regarding the health of the battery . The battery had not been replaced following Audi Breakdown's advice and the car does not appear to suffer any diagnosed issue. ' As a result CA [this Chelmsford Audi dealership[ have not been able to exercise reasonable skill to determine whether the vehicle was actually at fault.' Roughly translated they thought they would get a new battery out of me. Not happy
