Customer service superb, telephone and text communication clear, informative and helpful, video showing car 'health check' both useful and interesting, demonstrates a company completely on the ball. My car was serviced ahead of the time indicated, which was immensely helpful - what is more it was washed, cleaned and polished to perfection, which came as a lovely surprise to me.
