Poor customer service

Bought a 1 yr old golf from Stoke Volkswagon in 2020, the salesman was very helpful when I was handing over 20k + but since I’ve had the car doesn’t like responding to emails over a service book I wanted, think I’ll get the car serviced at a dealership which knows how to communicate with customers
