Horrendous after service

Purchased an evoque - requested black pack , still showing silver paint - apparently done by an ’’ approved body shop ‘’extensive silver showing on multiple areas, sent back for a second attempt - comes back after 10 days ( without an update throughout and a courtesy car with zero fuel in ) with guess what - STILL SILVER PAINT SHOWING - sales manager not interested , actually quite rude , lad who’s sold me the car disappeared off the face of the earth since he took my payment and nobody likes coming to the phone or replying to emails anymore - literally the 1995 example of terrible car salesmen - collect the money and forget the customer experience - really really really disappointed. On our third Range Rover , purchased from 3 separate dealers and this is the worst service we’ve had - failed promise and under delivered multiple times - now awaiting a refund for the paint - guess what - not processed as promised today - I can no longer be surprised or disappointed- I just expect terrible service
