Down right shocking this has been my 3rd nee car brought from tch in derby and safe to say will be my last!! Deal went ok until collection rear mud flaps weren’t fitted even tho asked said they would post out as he didn’t mind fitting them myself only to have the rear wind deflectors cone off on The drive home damaging the car 40 miles on the clock and damaged due to the Incompetent staff also on better inspection the drivers front want fitter correctly and the passengers front was broke with a section missing Went back to have new deflectors fitted and damage repaired only to have it rejected due to bad workmanship 2 weeks had car only to pick it up without rear mud flaps fitted and promised a free service this was to be sent out in a letter for me to show when bringing back for the service Over a month has passed and had no mud flaps posted or letter regarding the service Will be my last car from tch at derby and maybe ford
