Poor buying experience when buying a car

Car turned up stinking of smoke, key battery needed replacing, items left in car, pens in centre storage and old car pump left in boot. Spoken to the salesman and his response was well I can smell and I’ll send you a new battery that has never turned up. Very disappointing garage would not used again. I’m sure there's more deserving garages.
