Very poor customer service. Again!

Having spent a good deal of time researching online for a new vehicle we found what we wanted locally and headed for Guy Salmon Northampton. Yet again to find the showroom full of staff sitting at desks shuffling paper and left like lemons to stand in the showroom and wait AND WAIT!! This is not ok. This happened three years ago just the same attitude. I will remain with Volvo and spend my £45000 on an XC40 . Thank you I won't bother a third time..
