On buying the car, the man was very helpful, chatty and polite. He wanted the sale, who wouldn't be. A couple of things needed addressing before being collected and we were assured these would be done. They were not, except for the tyre. After a heated chat, we were sent to "his" garage to have the works done and charged. We refused to pay to which he became rude and aggressive. To cut a long story short, we took the car to have the works done by someone else who didn't have a very good opinion of JC CAR SALES. We were interested in another of his cars for my daughter, but after his attitude, we changed our minds. The car is still on sale there. All in all, very rude man, very bad service and after sales and "RAC Approved" I DONT THINK SO. None of any of our family or friends would ever buy from JC CAR SALES again. Buyers beware.
