Serious lack of customer service
Not greeted on arrival. Not offered a drink. The salesman had to be summoned as he did not greet us on arrival. The vehicle was not ready to test drive. He kept wondering off to talk to the manager. Would not let my husband come with me on the test drive..covid etc, yet the Perry's at Canterbury had no problem with this. His negotiating skills included the phrases "not in a million" and "used cars are going up in price". Well, got news for you...not in a million would I recommend this dealership.
