Shockingly bad dealer

I had an utterly terrible and stressful experience. I bought a new MG ZS Auto that had major engine problems from the day I bought it and this made the car dangerous to drive. It would pull away then stop and leave you in the path of oncoming traffic and I nearly had a number of serious accidents. After demonstrating this very serious problem to them they tried to repair it twice within the first 6 weeks of owning it. The repairs failed so I asked for my money back. They refused and stated they would no longer discuss the matter. So I had another garage and an independent expert witness assess the car. Both confirmed the fault and the expert witness declared that the car was not fit for purpose and should not be driven on the public highway and may cause an accident. Nathaniels dismissed these reports and said it was my fault the car was not working properly. Finally after a 7 month long investigation by the ombudsman I eventually got my money back through the finance company and they took the dangerous car away on a transporter as it was not fit for use on the public highway. Natahniels made me out to be a complete idiot and demonstrated a vengeful belligerence from the very second I asked for my money back as is my right under law. Best of luck to you all.
