Bad Customer Service and faulty car

Not good customer service. They sold a car that wasn't running properly and dangerous to drive. I took the car back and they claimed it was fine after doing a diagnostic test. Straight away I took the car somewhere else for a diagnostic test and the car was not fine. The car was in and out of the garage to be 'fixed' and is still yet to be fixed. The garage will not fix the car as they are to busy (this is a costly fix). The sales person advised that this was a good car and well looked after as an older friend had owned it previously. I had googled the number plate after the problems from day 1 and this car had been on a website for erratically driving almost causing accidents. This does not seem like a well looked after car. Extremely disappointed with the service from this garage after paying alot of money for a car that isn't and never has been fit for purpose. It turns out many of garages and people already know Hendersons Garage reputation. I'm gutted I never.
