Great service - communication was great

Can't recommend highly enough for their integrity and help in buying my car. I wanted to trade in my BMW 325i, which after inspection, they didn't want to do. You might think this isn't a good thing, but it's a great thing - I couldn't find my service history, and without it, they were very reluctant (rightly) to take it without the history to back it up. This shows great integrity and actually gave me more confidence to deal with both John and Henry. They did go the extra mile in helping me sell my car and buying the car I was interested in - even opening up out of hours to help me complete the purchase. Not many dealers around like these guys - honest, helpful and top blokes to go with it. Highly recommended! Thank you both for making the process easy and for all the help along the way. A few reviews on here simply don't add up to my experience. John and Henry genuinely went far above and beyond other dealers that I've dealt with.
