Terrible customer service

If I could give this 0 stars I would. We went in looking for a price on a Tiguan. It all started well and we took the car in question for a test drive. Upon returning to the garage we gave our honest opinion on the car which was a little bland and low spec. The salesman didn’t have any knowledge of the engines and my husband had to advise him of the engines available! We were honest and said we were also looking at other brands to which he negatively responded and became quite defensive. We were then told that he (Jack) couldn’t provide us with a price because we went prepared to buy the car today. Terrible service and after 12 years of buying VW I think I shall purchase elsewhere. Jack’s service was appalling and we won’t be returning.
