Please avoid like the plague

My experience with Junction 29 Select has been a nightmare from beginning to end. I made full payment over a month ago and am yet to receive the documentation promised INCLUDING THE V5 LOGBOOK or any evidence of any attempt to transfer ownership. I have made several attempts to contact the dealership including a formal letter delivered via recorded delivery requesting a refund and have been lied to or ignored at every attempt. I genuinely can not fathom how a car dealership can sell a car without any evidence of transfer of ownership and expect to get away with it. The issue is now with my bank who I am hopeful will organise a full refund of the money spent with Junction 29 in good faith. I hope any prospective customers reading this will take heed of my warning and go somewhere more reliable. These guys are no more than thieves and liars.
