Avoid at all costs!!!

The most awful customer service i have ever experience. Condescending, abrupt and rude staff who have no concept of customer care. Refuse to pass details on to higher management advising the service manager agrees a vehicle with over 4 red items on a health check including MOT failures is safe to drive. A vehicle with no brakes is safe to drive? For a main dealer these standards are unacceptable. Leaving threatening voicemails regarding a courtesy car which i cant even drive as its electric, more interested in getting their car back than authorising any repairs with myself. Too busy telling me come pick up your car its safe to drive. Im confused, do they not get paid for this upsell? If i had a choice i would take it to Robins and Day central as they are much more customer friendly and don't pressure people to come get their car whilst pending a decision on upsell items. A repair over £700 is not a easy decision to make. Maybe the staff need some training on customer care as this is not the correct way to treat people if you want them to spend hundreds of pounds in repairs for a intangible product. To be in a customer facing role and speaking to people in such a abrupt, condescending tone is not acceptable and not the way staff should be speaking to their customers especially in a environment where CSI is so driven by R&D, it is no secret that the dealership get paid a big cheque for customer satisfaction, maybe rethink your approach. Customers buy from friendly people and a happy customer is guaranteed repeat business. Avoid this dealership at all costs!!!!
