Staff lazy & can't be bothered

Wasted my time at this place. I asked about cars to a young guy on desk.He didn't know specifications or costs of cars etc & didn't attempt to ask any other staff member either,just pointed to a car. I sat in 3 cars over 3/4 hour and staff just walked past and ignored me. If they can't be bothered I CERTAINLY CANT
