horrible experience

The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. Car was missing service history. Was not allowed to see the paperwork before I had the money sent across. Was made to sit in the office while they waited for the money to clear. Money from a finance house. Made to feel very unwelcome and uncomfortable. Car issues came up, got quote to fix it, dealer refused to get the issue fixed. "promised the car was fully looked over which took a week of them doing absolutely nothing to the car. Wayne the manager has the worst attitude when dealing with customers. Joel the sales agent never contacted me again after the deposit was paid, everybody else was replying to emails. Avoid at all costs if and where possible!
