FRAUDULENT DEALER!!!! BEWARE!!!!

I brought the white VW POlO Match 1.4 EY12ZYU from them in November 2020 during lockdown and all I had was faults and headaches from the beginning. This car was sold to me with electrical faults, faulty battery, faulty alternator, DSG transmission faulty (clutch & megatronic), faulty sensors. They went behind my back and try made a claim on my 6 months Auto-guard warranty that I brought from them with the car to fix these faults which they had sold me the car with, they have had the car return to them so many times for repairs which they claim that repairs have been carried out and presented me with fake invoices but when I carried the car to VW main dealership it’s been confirmed that none of these faults were actually repaired, all they did was over ride the fault codes. It also showed on the MOT that I did on 20/03/21 that there is an oil leak, both left and right shock absorbers needs replacing due to oil mist, both driver sides tyres are worn to legal limit and registration plate is deteriorated. They are very unprofessional and extremely rude people to deal with as one of the sales representative Albi told me at one point not to come back to the showroom after I presented them with fault codes on the car. Don’t go there as they sells faulty cars, force you to buy warranty so they can use it at their own benefit to fix the faults on their cars and then want you to go away after you have handed over your money. I was lucky enough that I had purchase this car on finance and after months of being back and forth with the dealer and multiple garage visits, I went through a rejection process which the finance helped me with and I got a full refund (apart from the warranty as a claim was made by them). Thanks be to god it’s all over! I wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemies.
