Poor customer service

I recently bought an 18 month old Kia Sportage from acorn, Brentwood, Staffordshire, for £22,500. It arrived with neither mats or the satnav SD card. After 10 days I still have neither. They refuse to send the mats which I find odd as I’ve never before bought a car which didn’t include mats before. I’m still awaiting the SD card. I feel duped and disappointed by the lack of customer care.
