TERRIBLE STAFF FOR USED CAR SALES

I had an appointment booked at VW Inchcape Telford on Saturday with a lady called Camilla. When we explained that I was a cash buyer and not interested in PCP her attitude changed and she was not really engaging in what we were asking her. Any way we agreed to test drive a T-Roc 2018 plate 1.5D SEL £18138 - which I really loved - however the car was filthy inside and out seats had stains on them we were advised the valets they use were not good !! There were some heavy scratches on the boot lip and the side driver door and asked if they could be got out - advised that this is a used car this is what you get !! For £18,000 I expect it to be as near perfect as it could be. I was told I had to pay £250 deposit then they would do work 'but could not guarantee it would be any better' I asked about my deposit if the car did not come up to good condition response was 'we will have conversation at that point regarding the deposit '. No movement on the price of the car to reflect the state it was in, not interested that I was a cash buyer and in fact they seemed annoyed I was !! I have to say that if your Manager comes out to discuss a car and they have marks all over their top food etc what hope do I have that a car is going to be presented well. I have now purchased a Mercedes GLA from a local independent dealer that could not be more helpful or grateful for the sale - very very disappointed in VW have gone down hill
