Service department

Poor service, car been recalled when appointment booked was told it would take 1.5 to 2 hours to complete. On day told they needed to look then order part. What a waste of time let alone round journey of 44 miles for nothing. This would not have happened if Vicky still worked in service department. Clearly parts had not been ordered in time but they did not tell us that. Rang Friday left message still waiting for return phone call.
