Absolutely Shocking

After having a chassis survey on my nissan navara in Wellington as no other dealer was doing it close to Exeter, my wife was collected the truck and drove back to Exeter, so much for the vehicle checks prior to customer collection as they had not connected the rear light pack. So the M5 on a friday rush hour with no lights !! no apology, no acknowledgement of how dangerous it was, no sincerity. Absolutely appalled could have lost my wife with not a care from Nissan. Would never use them again, or buy a vehicle from them again.
